The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I brought my dog with me. There is a nice dog park very close by. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I felt quite safe walking around.

Room services was decent, came in styro-foam packaging, well organized and packaged. Lobby bar was good, location was close to everything, walking distance to major attractions. Hudson cafe for breakfast is great, MGM casino and its restaurants. Starbucks located within the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed that wifi was an extra charge. The soap for the shower was found opened. Thought that was odd. Nice room size. Really nice tv.

Room service food was not good for my steak, I ordered the temperature "medium rare", but very tough. The Calamari was good. But the steak was very bad, but we had just drove in and wanted to eat before going to sleep.

Delores at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. In the room we initially got had dog hair all over the sofa. I called down to the front desk and Delores made sure we were taken care of. I greatly appreciate her help.

The location is great, we could walk to our concert venue and everything we needed was closeby. Parking is right in the next building although we had to drive up to the 8th level before finding spots that weren't reserved.

The ambience of the hotel and restaurant/lounges. Pool, hot tub, spa and weight room.
